Job Title: Membership Coordinator Job Summary: Our supper club is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Membership Coordinator to manage our membership program. The Membership Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the membership database, processing new member applications, and responding to member inquiries and concerns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
  • Manage the membership database and ensure that all member information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Process new member applications and ensure that all necessary information and payments are received
  • Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with the Event Coordinator to plan and execute events that meet the needs and preferences of our members
  • Monitor membership renewals and ensure that members are notified in a timely manner
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to attract new members
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly
  • Bachelor's degree or working towards degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer service and event coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with membership management software preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
  • Passion for food, wine, and hospitality
